Sriram Subramanian - Chief Executive Officer
Sriram holds a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology and Finance. Sriam manages the overall operations at Thotaka. He liaises with various Departments of Government, Banking, Insurance, Taxation ( both Direct and Indirect) and manages Thotaka's Expert man power. In addition to the above, he manages all the statutory and compliance requirements at Thotaka. Prior to founding Thotakã Technologies, he was associated with SAS, the world's leading Business Intelligence and Analytic firm, as a Business Intelligence and data-mining expert with special exposure to BFSI sector. He had co-authored and presented a statistical exposition on SDR stability along with Lakshmi Mohan at the SAS International Forum 2005, Lisbon, Portugal.

Lakshmi Mohan Saripalli - Chief Operating Officer
Lakshmi Mohan (Mohan) holds a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology. He has expertise in Remote System Management, Embedded Systems, Cluster Computing, GP-GPU Computing. Prior to founding Thotakã Technologies, he was associated with Zensar Technologies, Pune, where he was responsible for evolving their Virtual Global Delivery Model (VGDM), its collaboration infrastructure and their next generation CASE tool. He has interests in teraflop computing, computer language understanding and translation. He has co-authored a paper on SDR stability with Sriram and co-authored a paper on VGDM for the NASSCOM Innovation Forum, 2005.

Balaji Venkatachalam - Head R&D
Balaji holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication engineering and a Masters degree in the same. Balaji has nearly a decade of experience on a variety of processors and has architected successful designs based on ARM, FPGA and DSP to our customers. Balaji is an expert on signal-processing algorithms, he has delivered valuable signal-processing IP across various customer projects leading to successful engineering of DSP intensive products. Balaji is hands-on conversant with the complete mixed-signal hardware board engineering chain. As an ardent coder, he has written code in VHDL, C/C++ and in over a dozen ASM languages for various processor architectures.
At Thotaka, Balaji manages R&D engineering teams providing the required technical guidance and directly participates in hardware and firmware development to address complex implementation challenges.
